First collected edition.

One of 11 copies on China paper, unannounced.

To reassure friends who worried about his financial hardship, Glatigny conceived the idea of collecting his poetry in a single volume: “Here, I believe, is what should be done: I have two volumes, Les Vignes folles and Les Flèches d’or, both entirely out of print and much sought after in the trade. Reprinting them in a single volume, with a few unpublished pieces and a new preface, is sure to sell well. Arrange this with Lemerre.” (Letter to Job-Lazare).

The plan was carried out, and Lemerre agreed to this new edition, of which he printed a small number of deluxe copies, including eleven on China paper, unannounced.

A very fine copy in a full binding by Huser.
