A reprint of this complete edition, the first issue of which appeared from Michel Lévy starting in 1868, containing several texts in their first edition state. The Michel Lévy publishing house had held the rights to Baudelaire’s works since 1863, and it was his brother, Calmann, who took over the firm after Michel’s death in 1875.

The complete set comprises:

A rare set in a signed contemporary binding. It is the work of Rémy Petit, who practiced in Paris for half a century, from 1850 to 1900, and was, among other things, the regular binder for Madame Sabatier.
