This edition is notable for including, for the first time, the interview Émile Ajar gave to Yvonne Baby in Copenhagen on 30 September 1975 (13 pages), following its original publication in Le Monde on 10 October 1975. The meeting had taken place on 30 September. The section also includes three photographic portraits of Émile Ajar [Paul Pawlovitch], who discusses his Slavic roots and speaks of Wilna, portraying a character quite different from the one Romain Gary had constructed for him, even substituting a number of facts from his own life.
