First volume of the Memoirs of the former British Prime Minister, Anthony Eden.
Jean Bonnel was for many years the representative of the Larousse publishing house in Canada, before returning to France in the 1960s and continuing his career within the Hachette group. The Dominique de Villepin collection includes a copy of the first edition of François Mitterrand’s Le Coup d’état permanent, inscribed to the same Bonnel, and we have previously handled other inscriptions to him from André Malraux, Roland Barthes and Gilles Deleuze.
